These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeroplay website, mobile application, smart-contract interfaces, APIs, back-end systems, and any associated features provided now or in the future (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").
By accessing or using the Service — whether as a visitor, registered player, wallet-connected user, or otherwise (collectively, the "Customer", "you", or "your") — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Zeroplay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1. Zeroplay provides online betting, gaming, and prediction-based entertainment using digital assets.

The Service must NOT be used from countries or territories where online betting is prohibited. Zeroplay may block, restrict, or terminate access at its sole discretion.
Use of VPNs, IP masking tools, emulators, or spoofing techniques to bypass restrictions is strictly prohibited.
5.1. You may need to create an Account, connect a crypto wallet, or provide identity information.
5.2. Zeroplay may require: ID verification, liveness verification, proof of jurisdiction, wallet ownership proof.
5.3. Zeroplay may request additional documents at any time.
5.4. Zeroplay may suspend, freeze, restrict, or terminate your Account for: violations of these Terms, suspicious transactions, fraud, collusion, cheating, legal or regulatory requirements.
5.5. You must keep your credentials secure. Unauthorized access due to your negligence is your responsibility.
6.1. Deposits made into Zeroplay are not bank deposits and carry financial risks.
6.2. Deposited funds become available for: gameplay, wagering, fees, platform use.
6.3. Funds held by Zeroplay do not earn interest.
6.4. Zeroplay may impose: minimum deposits, fees, deposit limits, pending periods, compliance checks.
6.5. Fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or disputed transactions may lead to frozen accounts.
7.1. You acknowledge that Zeroplay holds user funds in pooled or segregated wallets for operational purposes.
7.2. You understand and agree that: Zeroplay is not a financial institution; funds are held as operational game balance, not as custodial assets; Zeroplay has no fiduciary obligations toward you.
7.3. If any deposit address, internal wallet, smart contract, hot wallet, cold wallet, or infrastructure is compromised, hacked, attacked, stolen, frozen, or exploited, you acknowledge: Zeroplay is not liable for any loss of funds; you waive all claims against Zeroplay for such losses.
8.1. Withdrawals are subject to: compliance checks, cool-off periods, processing limits, review queues, technical availability.
8.2. Zeroplay may, at its sole discretion: delay withdrawals, limit withdrawals, reject withdrawals, request documentation before releasing funds.
8.3. Zeroplay may temporarily or indefinitely pause withdrawals for: security investigations, liquidity management, regulatory reasons, maintenance or upgrades, risk control, anti-fraud measures. You agree that Zeroplay is not obligated to provide a timeline for withdrawal resumptions.
8.4. Withdrawals may only be sent to verified wallets matching your identity when required.
9.1. You understand gameplay can result in losses.
9.2. Zeroplay may void bets, reverse plays, cancel rounds, or adjust balances if: a technical error occurs, a pricing or odds error occurs, a bug or exploit is detected, cheating is suspected, gameplay fairness is compromised.
9.3. Zeroplay decisions regarding game outcomes are final and binding.
9.4. Zeroplay may suspend or cancel any game at its discretion.
You must not: use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits; attempt to manipulate outcomes; collude with other users; abuse promotions; engage in multi-accounting; interfere with platform operations; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the system; deposit illegal or stolen funds.
Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
11.1. Zeroplay follows reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee complete protection.
11.2. You explicitly acknowledge that digital assets, blockchains, smart contracts, and wallets are vulnerable to: hacks, private-key theft, exchange exploits, protocol failures, bugs, market volatility, blockchain outages.
11.3. If Zeroplay, its wallets, smart contracts, or infrastructure are hacked or exploited, you agree: Zeroplay is not responsible for losses; Zeroplay has no obligation to reimburse funds; you waive all legal claims against Zeroplay.
11.4. Zeroplay may freeze or adjust balances following any security incident.
You fully acknowledge that: betting is inherently risky; crypto assets are volatile; smart contracts may fail; RNG systems may malfunction; you may lose 100% of your deposit; there are no guaranteed winnings; past results do not indicate future outcomes; you use Zeroplay at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Zeroplay is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss; Zeroplay is not liable for lost profits, lost funds, lost crypto, lost data, or lost access; Zeroplay's total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $100; you waive any class-action rights and agree to individual dispute resolution.
Zeroplay may suspend or terminate your access immediately if: you violate these Terms; you use VPNs or masking tools; fraud is detected; illicit activity is suspected; requested documents are not provided. Funds may be frozen pending review.
Zeroplay may update, replace, suspend, restrict, or discontinue: features, games, withdrawals, wallet methods, access regions...at any time without notice.
All trademarks, branding, game logic, software, UI, algorithms, and content belong to Zeroplay or its licensors. You receive no rights other than a limited, revocable license to use the Service.
All disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the event. Zeroplay's decision is final. For unresolved matters, you agree to binding individual arbitration in a jurisdiction to be specified later.
If a provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zeroplay.
